Art and music are one and the same in my work, especially in the creation process of my porcelain pieces.
When I play the piano, I feel as if I am walking deep in the forest with sunlight filtering through layers of tree leaves above. Be it a small pebble or a tiny blossom in the depths of the moss, I admire all nature that I encounter.
For me, musical notes merge into sounds of trickling streams of water or birds chirping in the sky.
When I etch the images into my porcelain pieces, I find myself carving the very atmosphereand scenery that I visualize in my mind.
